We’ve made the rental process simple, flexible, and fast. Here is how it works.
Browse our website and add the gear you need to your cart. Rentals start at just 3 days, and you can schedule pickup or delivery for any future date during checkout.
Once your order is placed, we’ll email you to confirm the details and complete our standard verification process. For first-time customers, this includes a quick ID and credit card verification to keep rentals secure.
If you’re in the Atlanta, Dallas, Austin, or Washington DC area, you can pick up your rental at one of our convenient locations. Your order will be packed and ready on the day you select during checkout.
Need it shipped instead? We offer delivery anywhere in the continental US via FedEx 2‑Day, with overnight options available. Most orders placed before 3PM EST, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Note: All packages require signature upon delivery.

We’ll send you an email reminder the day before your rental is due. Just pack up the gear using the same box and padding it came in.
If you’re shipping it back, apply the return label and drop it off at a staffed FedEx location before their last pickup time (no drop boxes, please). If you picked up locally, just return it to the same office.
