HOW DOES IT WORK?

We do our best to keep our rental process simple. Here is how we work.

Step One

Place your order online

Browse our website and find the gear you need. You'll be able to select any number of days (between 3 and 90) for your rental. During the checkout process you will also be able to select what day you need to get the equipment.

After your order is placed we'll e-mail you back to confirm your order and complete our standard verification process.


Step Two

Pick it up (or get it delivered)

If you’re in the πŸ“Atlanta, GA; πŸ“Dallas, TX; πŸ“Austin, TX; or πŸ“Washington, DC area, you can pick up your order at one of our convenient locations.

We offer shipping anywhere in the continental US. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:30 PM EST will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Standard shipping is via FedEx 2-Day, with overnight shipping also available. Please note all of our packages require signature upon delivery.


Step Three

Shoot!

Time for you to enjoy the equipment! Go out there and shoot! If you have any questions while you have your rental, don't hesitate to call (866) 360.6161 or e-mail us anytime.


Step Four

Return your rental

We'll send you an e-mail reminder the day before your rental is due back. Just pack up the equipment in the same box.

For shipping orders, apply the prepaid return label we included and take it to your local staffed Fedex location before their last pickup of the day (no dropboxes please!). If you picked it up locally, return at one of our offices.
