We do not offer after-hours drop box returns. However, we’re currently running a pilot program in Atlanta only that allows eligible orders to be returned during extended hours, with self-service locker access available M-F from 7PM until 7PM, and Saturdays from 8AM until 4PM. For all other locations, or if your order is not eligible for locker return, returns must be made during our regular operating hours. If you are unable to return in person during our regular hours. you may ship your rental back to us via Fedex or UPS.
