Locker doors secure automatically as soon as they are closed, and returns are collected directly by our team. The lockers are located in our same building, just down the hall from our main reception, not in a public or outdoor area.

Once your gear is dropped off, we take it from there and confirm by email when your return has been fully processed.

Locker Access Hours
Monday to Friday 7AM to 7PM · Saturdays 8AM to 4PM. Locker access hours extend beyond our regular front desk hours, making it easier to return your gear early, late, or whenever it fits your schedule.
Availability
Locker returns are currently available for eligible Atlanta orders that fit inside a locker compartment. Access may be limited based on capacity. We will expand the program as demand grows.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to reserve a locker?

Yes. Reservations are required and are issued instantly when lockers are available. Reserving a locker through your account lets us send your return code before you arrive.

Can I use a locker for any order?

Locker returns are available only for eligible Atlanta orders. If your order isn’t eligible, please return it to our front desk during regular hours or ship it back.

What if no lockers are available?

Locker availability depends on current capacity. If a locker isn’t available, you can return your gear at the front desk during our regular business hours or try reserving a locker later.

Where are the lockers located?
The lockers are located in our same building (Northside Tower, Third Floor). Just one door down from our main reception area.
When can I access the lockers?
Locker access hours are Monday to Friday 7AM to 7PM · Saturdays 8AM to 4PM.
How do I know if my order is eligible?
If your order is eligible, you’ll see a Reserve Locker button in your Aperturent account starting the day before your rental is due back. You’ll also see a link to reserve a locker in the automated return reminder email we send the day before a rental is due back.

Some orders aren’t eligible for locker returns at this time, such as those that include tripods or other oversized items that won’t fit in a compartment. If your order isn’t eligible, the link to reserve a locker for return won’t be available.
Can I return only part of my order?
Yes. You can return part of an order using a locker, provided the items fit within your assigned locker.
What happens after I drop off my gear?
Our team collects returns from the lockers and processes them as part of our normal return workflow. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Can I reopen the locker after I close it?
No. Once your return is completed, the locker is secured and the return enters our processing workflow. If you need assistance, please contact us before completing your drop-off.
What if I forget my access code?
You can retrieve your access code and QR code anytime from the reservation email we send after you reserve a locker, or by signing in to your account.
What if my gear doesn’t fit in the locker?
If the equipment you are returning won’t fit, please return it to our front desk during regular hours or contact us for assistance.
