Secure and monitored
Locker doors secure automatically as soon as they are closed, and returns are collected directly by our team. The lockers are located in our same building, just down the hall from our main reception, not in a public or outdoor area.
Once your gear is dropped off, we take it from there and confirm by email when your return has been fully processed.

Scan or enter your code at the kiosk to open your locker.
Place your gear inside, then close the locker door. We’ll email you after your return has been processed.

The lockers are located in our building, also on the third floor. Just one door down from our main reception area. If you’ve picked up a rental before, you already know where to go.

Yes. Reservations are required and are issued instantly when lockers are available. Reserving a locker through your account lets us send your return code before you arrive.
Locker returns are available only for eligible Atlanta orders. If your order isn’t eligible, please return it to our front desk during regular hours or ship it back.
Locker availability depends on current capacity. If a locker isn’t available, you can return your gear at the front desk during our regular business hours or try reserving a locker later.
