Local Pick Up Orders:

• Rental days begin on the day you pick up your order.
• You keep the item for the full number of rental nights. For example, a 3-day rental picked up on a Monday would be due back on Thursday.
• Returns are due by the end of the return day (Weekdays 9:30am–5:30pm).
• If your return day falls on a weekend or holiday, return on the next business day at no extra charge.

Shipping Orders:

• Rental days begin on the day your package is delivered—or on the first delivery attempt if no one is available to sign.
• As with local pickups, you keep the item for the full rental period. A 3-day rental delivered on Monday would be due to ship back on Thursday.
• Transit days do not count toward your rental time. You are only charged for the days the item is in your possession.
• We ship via FedEx 2-Day service (or Overnight for an additional fee). Deliveries are not available on weekends.
