COVID-19 Update

Due to the current situation regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking important steps to keep our customers and staff safe. Please find updates for each of our office locations below.

  • Shipping Orders: Processing normally.

  • Atlanta, GA: Open Monday-Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm for RETURNS ONLY. Closed Saturday. We are not processing new pickup orders at this time.

  • Dallas, TX: Closed.

  • Washington, DC: Closed.

We are closely monitoring and following the recommendations issued by local, state, and federal authorities. We will update this page as needed. For the locations that remain open, we are following all CDC guidelines to maintain workplace sanitation.

  • We are constantly disinfecting all common area touch points such as door handles, front desk and computers.
  • We have always taken the cleanliness of our equipment very seriously. We know this is more important than ever, which is why we are implementing additional measures to clean and disinfect equipment upon return.
  • All members of our staff who can work remotely are now doing so.

While we look forward to continuing to serve you during this time, we recognize your plans may change. As always, there are no cancelation fees should you need to cancel your reservation.
