- Eligibility
- Submissions are open to all photographers.
- If you are a customer of Aperturent, you will receive a one-time $15 store credit for entering. If your work is featured, an additional $100 store credit will be added to your Aperturent account.
- Please ensure your photo submission is original and that you own all rights to it.
- Non-Exclusive License: By submitting your photo, you grant Aperturent a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the photo across our communication channels. This includes, but is not limited to, our social media platforms, website, and in-office slideshow presentations. This license is granted for an indefinite period, unless explicitly revoked in writing by you.
- Credit Attribution: We value and respect your creativity. Aperturent commits to providing proper credit for all uses of your work. The credit will be attributed to the name you provide upon submission, in close proximity to where your image is displayed.
- Purpose of Use: Your submitted photo(s) may be used for promotional, or informational purposes by Aperturent. This includes highlighting our community's talents and showcasing our services and products.
- Submission Process: To submit your photo, please use the upload form above. Ensure that your contact information is accurate, as this will be used for credit attribution and to administer store credits to your account.
- Submission Format and Technical Specifications:
- Photographs can be in color or black-and-white.
- Images must be in JPEG format. No Raw files or any other file format will be accepted.
- File size should not exceed 32 MB. Files larger than 32 MB should be resized prior to submission.
- Only digital submissions through this website will be accepted.
- Selection Process: Submissions will be reviewed by the Aperturent team. Not all submissions will be featured. Selection is based on the quality and relevance of the photo in relation to our brand and current needs.
- No Obligation: Submission does not guarantee your work will be featured. Aperturent reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to choose which photos will be published.
- Indemnification: By submitting your photo, you confirm that the photo is your original work, does not infringe on the rights of third parties, and that you have obtained any necessary permissions from individuals featured in the photo.
- Changes to Guidelines: Aperturent reserves the right to alter these guidelines at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
